沙利度胺合并环磷酰胺的抗肿瘤作用及相关作用机制研究 被引量:2

Antitumor Effect of Thalidomide Combined with Cyclophosphamide and Its Anti-tumor Mechanism

摘要 考察了沙利度胺单用及合并环磷酰胺的抗肿瘤作用。通过观察药物对人脐静脉内皮细胞HUVEC迁移、管腔形成、凋亡的影响及免疫组化、microPET成像等试验探讨沙利度胺抗肿瘤的作用机制。结果表明,沙利度胺具有一定的抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的作用,与环磷酰胺合用时效果较好。沙利度胺能诱导HUVEC和H22肿瘤细胞的凋亡,阻止HUVEC迁移和管腔形成,减少肿瘤中微血管数目。 The antitumor effects of thalidomide alone and combined with cyclophosphamide were investigated. The anti-tumor mechanism was discussed through observing the effects of thalidomide on migration, vessel formation and apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), and the experiments of immunohistochemisty and microPET imaging. To a certain degree, thalidomide could suppress the tumor growth, the effect was better while combined with cyclophosphamide. Thalidomide could also induce the apoptosis of HUVEC and H22 cells, inhibit the migration and vessel formation of HUVEC, reduce the number of blood vessels in solid tumor.
