夏天无中两种生物碱和总生物碱羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的急性毒性

Acute Toxicity of HP-β-CD Inclusion Compounds of Two Alkaloids and Total Alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis in Mice

夏天无系罂粟科紫堇属延胡索亚属多年生草本植物伏生紫堇[Corydalisdecumbens（Thunb．）Pers．]的干燥块茎，又名一粒金丹、野延胡、洞里神仙、伏地延胡索、落水珠。主产于江西，广泛分布于江苏、安徽、浙江、福建、台湾、湖南等地，是我国常用中草药。夏天无具活血止痛、舒筋活络、祛风除湿等功效，用于中风偏瘫、头痛、跌扑损伤、风湿痹痛及腰腿疼痛，并对坐骨神经痛、小儿麻痹后遗症等有较好疗效，其主要活性成分为生物碱类。

The hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin（HP-β-CD） inclusion compounds of total alkaloids, （＋）-egenine and （-）-bicuculline extracted from Rhizoma Corydalis decumbentis by supercritical fluid extraction were prepared and the acute toxicity of the three inclusion compounds in mice was compared. The results showed that three inclusion compounds could cause convulsions and the toxicity of total alkaloids was induced by the joint action of （＋） -egenine and （-）-bicuculline. This is the first report on convulsion toxicity of （＋）-egenine. Furthermore, a method for reducing the content of （ ）-bicuculline in the extraction of total alkaloids was established. The LD50 value of HP-β-CD inclusion compound of purified total alkaloids was 4.2 fold higher as compared with the original total alkaloids without purification. The result suggested that the safety of total alkaloids could be increased by reducing the content of （-） -bicuculline in extraction.
