摘要
结合近红外漫反射光谱技术与聚类分析法,建立了关木通、川木通和三叶木通的快速鉴别新方法。将39种木通药材样品粉碎后测定近红外漫反射光谱,经二阶导数处理后选取特征谱段,建立聚类分析模型。结果显示,鉴别正确率均在90%以上。
A fast identification method of Aristolochia manshuriensis, Clematis armandi and Akebia trifoliata was developed by the combination of near infrared diffuse reflectance (NIDR) spectra and hierarchical clustering. Thirtynine herbal stem samples was collected and pulverized. Their second derivative NIDR spectra were used to set up a clustering model which divided all the samples to three sorts. The accuracy of identification is above 90 %.
