摘要
应用光谱学技术研究了新型抗真菌剂TTS-12抗白念珠菌的作用机制,结果红外光谱图变化不明显,拉曼光谱结果提示TTS-12主要影响白念珠菌脂质和碳水化合物两大主要成分,并与两性霉素B作用机制类似,提示TTS-12可能通过影响白念珠菌细胞膜脂质合成发挥抗真菌作用。
Spectroscopy was applied to study the mechanism of the new anti-fungal agent TTS-12 against Candida albicans, but results from the infrared spectra analysis did not change significantly. The results of Raman spectroscopy analysis indicated that TTS-12 primarily affected lipid and carbohydrate of C. albicans, which was similar to amphotericin B. The results suggested that TTS-12 might play a role in anti-fungal by affecting the synthesis of membrane lipids of C. albicans.
