摘要
目的了解湘西土家族苗族自治州城乡居民艾滋病基本知识熟悉情况,为湘西少数民族地区艾滋病防治知识的健康教育模式与方法探索的制定提供数据支持。方法采用《大众人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率专题调查方案》并结合实际情况,增加艾滋病知识获取途径、艾滋病三大传播途径与"四免一关怀"政策等三个问题,对湘西自治州8县市城乡居民艾滋病基本知识知晓率状况进行调查。结果湘西地区8县市城乡居民艾滋病基本知识知晓率(75.0%,49.7%)、艾滋病三大传播途径熟悉率(62.9%,48.6%)、"四免一关怀"政策了解率(44.0%,36.5%)。结论湘西土家族苗族自治州城乡居民艾滋病基本知识知晓率结果与国内不同地区开展的城乡居民艾滋病基本知识知晓率的调查结果基本一致,即城市居民的艾滋病知晓率高于农村居民的结果。但不足之处是,湘西土家族苗族自治州的城乡居民的艾滋病基本知识知晓率均低于全国与湖南省平均水平,差异有统计学意义。
Objective To understand Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS among residents familiar with the situation,Minority areas as health education on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment models and methods of providing data to support the development. Methods A "basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS among the public awareness program of special investigations" and with the actual situation,HIV/AIDS knowledge increased access to,the three major routes of transmission of HIV/AIDS and the "Four Frees and One Care " policy,three questions,8 counties of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS awareness of urban and rural residents to investigate the situation. Results 8 counties in Xiangxi basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS awareness of urban and rural residents(75.0%,49.7%),familiar route of transmission of HIV/AIDS rate of three(62.9%,48.6%),"Four Frees and One Care" policy for rate(44.0%,36.5%). Conclusions Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture awareness of urban and rural residents in the results of basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS and domestic urban and rural residents in different regions of the basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS awareness consistent with the findings,HIV/AIDS awareness that urban residents than rural residents in the results.But the deficiency is that,Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of urban and rural residents basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS awareness are lower than the national average and Hunan Province,Statistical significance.
