慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期的护理

Perioperative Nursing for Patients with Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的围手术期护理措施,积累相关的工作经验。方法选取2010年3月-2011年5月期间在本科进行手术治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者42例作为观察对象。在术前对患者采取了心理护理、健康教育、皮肤准备、相关检查等护理措施,在术后对患者采取了一般护理、伤口护理、疼痛护理、并发症护理、出院指导等护理措施。结果 42例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,其中40例(95.2%)治愈,2例(4.8%)患者经二次手术后治愈。治疗后患者在0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0 kHz时的纯音听阈显著低于治疗前,治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取的护理措施与治疗方法能有效地治愈慢性化脓性中耳炎,提高患者听力。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,and to accumulate the relevant experience. Methods Forty-two patients with chronic suppurative otitis media who received surgical treatment from March 2010 to May 2011 in our department were selected as the objects for study.Before the operation,these patients received psychological nursing,health education,skin preparation,relevant inspection,etc.And after the operation,these patients received general nursing,wound nursing,pain nursing,complication nursing,discharge guidance,etc. Results Among the 42 patients,40（95.2%） patients were cured and 2（4.8%） were cured after twice operations.After the treatment,the hearing threshold of these patients in 0.5,1.0,2.0,and 4.0 kHz was significantly better than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant between before and after the treatment（P0.05）. Conclusions The nursing measures and treatment methods in this study can cure the patients with chronic suppurative otitis media effectively,and improve their hearing at the same time.
