摘要
对长白山区兴安白头翁(Pulsatilla dahuricaSprengel)、朝鲜白头翁[P.cernua(Thunb.)Berchtold&Presl]以及其自然杂交种(P.dahurica×P.cernua)进行ITS和psbA-trnH序列分析,结果表明,自然杂交种与兴安白头翁遗传距离为0;ITS电泳显示,在6个信息位点的峰值同时具有朝鲜白头翁和兴安白头翁信息的双重峰,进一步证实前者是朝鲜白头翁和兴安白头翁的自然杂交种.
A natural hybrid between Pulsatilla dahurica and P.cernua was genetically identified by sequence analyses of nuclear Internal Transcribed Spacer(ITS) region and chloroplast psbA-trnH gene.The natural hybrid displayed double peaks in the sequence chromatogram at 6 diagnostic positions.That indicating the species was derived from the two parental haploid genomes.Meanwhile,comparison of psbA-trnH intergenic spacer sequences of chloroplast DNA,which are well characterized by the maternal inheritance pattern,showed that the maternal species of the hybrid was P.dahurica.
