摘要
目的 分析视神经萎缩患者的固视性质。方法选择各种原因导致的视神经萎缩患者79例119只眼,分别以检眼镜法和NidecMP-1微视野仪检测其同视性质,并对检测结果进行比较。结果以检眼镜法检测,73只眼表现为中心固视,46只眼表现为中心外固视;以微视野法检测,73只眼表现为稳定的中心固视,46只眼表现为中心外固视,其中相对不稳定固视23只眼,不稳定固视23只眼。中心同视眼视力明显好于中心外固视眼(P〈0.05)。结论检眼镜法检测视神经萎缩患者的固视性质时可以明确区分中心固视和中心外固视,微视野法则可以进一步对固视的稳定性加以分析。
Objective To investigate the microperimetery fixation features in optic atrophy eyes. Methods Seventy-nine patients with 119 optic atrophy eyes were enrolled in this study. The fixation features were measured by direct ophthalmoscope and Nidec MP-1 microperimeter respectively, and then the results were compared. Results There were 73 eyes manifesting central fixation, 46 eyes with eccentric fixation by the direct ophthalmoscope. There were 73 eyes manifesting predominantly central and stable fixation, 23 eyes with predominantly eccentric and relative unstable fixation, and 23 eyes with predominantly eccentric and unstable fixation. BCVA of the central fixation eyes were better than the eccentric fixation ones (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The difference between central and eccentric fixation can be detected definitely by the direct ophthalmoscope in the optic atrophy eyes, while microperimetery can manifest fixation location and stability in details.
