摘要
软件外包是世界软件产业发展的一个重要趋势。中国软件外包业务主要来自于日本，而在全球软件消费市场中，日本所占比例很小，因此，中国软件产业要发展，必须大力发展软件外包服务。本文分析了世界软件服务外包行业动态、格局以及我国软件服务外包行业所面临的现状，探究发现我国软件服务外包发展的桎梏和千栽难逢的发展机会。
