The Harmonious Development of the Economy and Society Problems in Gannan State

甘南州位于中国甘肃省南部,是全国十个藏族自治州之一,其经济社会的和谐发展对当地乃至全国都有重要意义。当前甘南州经济发展缓慢,生态问题严峻,基础建设落后,宗教文化的影响广泛而深刻,这些问题严重影响着甘南州经济社会的和谐发展。建设和谐甘南,需要有针对性地解决这些问题,大力发展甘南州特色经济,落实与完善生态补偿机制,加大对基础建设的投入,加强基层思想宣传教育工作,引导当地宗教信仰健康发展。

Gannan State locates in the south of Gansu Province in China.It is one of the ten Tibetan autonomous states of China.The economic and social development of Gannan State has the important meaning both to the locality itself and the whole nation.Currently,there are some factors which are affecting the harmonious development of Gannan State.These factors include the four aspects,that is,the economic development is very slow,there are many ecology problems,the infrastructure is behindhand and the religious culture influence is very widespread and profound.There also have the four ways to resolve these problems,that is,to develop the economy of Gannan State straggly,establish the ecology compensation mechanism,strengthen the infrastructure development and guide the local mass believe the religion in the healthy way.
