摘要
内涵发展是教育走出外在目的困局的必然选择,对教育的本质回归有着特殊的价值。当前众多学校所践行的内涵发展存在形式化、模式化、单一化的问题,甚至将其作为"面子"的政绩工程,对教育内涵的定位存在偏差。基于对江苏省30所个案学校的研究与分析,本文提炼出教育内涵发展的关键:内涵发展的理念要求教育回归其本质;教育内涵发展的核心是学生生命价值的展现;教育内涵发展不可忽视课堂教学改革的价值;教育内涵发展需要厘清学校文化建设的根基;教育内涵发展的重点在于唤醒教师专业成长的自主性。
The development of connotation is the inevitable choice for the education to get out of the external dilemma,and it has special value to the return of the nature of the education.At present,the development of connotation practiced by many schools has formal,stereotyped and simplified problems.What's more,some schools regard it as "face" of political projects,and those schools have deviations for the location of the educational connotation.Based on the research and analysis of thirty case schools in Jiangsu Province,we can refine the joints of the development of educational connotation,that is:the concept of connotation development requires that the education should return to its essence;the core of educational connotation is the presentation of the value of the students' lives;the educational connotation development can not ignore the value of the classroom teaching innovation;it needs making out the foundation of the campus cultural construction;the focus of the development of educational connotation is to arouse the teachers' independence of professional development.
