摘要
根据全寿命周期理论,借鉴美国LEED评价标准的评价方法,结合中国《绿色建筑评价标准》,采取模糊综合评价法,构建绿色建筑经济性影响量化评价体系和实用性的综合评价模型。并以厦门"蓝湾国际"住宅小区为案例进行经济性影响评价,结果印证了此量化评价模型可使绿色建筑的评定工作更为客观、公平和公正,从而为低碳经济的发展和低碳城市的建设提供思路。
A quantitative evaluation model of the green building economic impact is designed on a fuzzy evaluation model, taking reference to life cycle theory and U. S. LEED rating standard evaluation approach, and combined with China's Green Building Evaluation Criteria. A residential project named Blue Bay International is used as a sample for the evaluation, and the results show that the model enables a more objective and fairer evaluation of green buildings and therefore provides more possibilities for the construction of low carbon cities and the d.evelopment of low carbon economy.
