中西医结合治疗脾胃虚寒型十二指肠球部溃疡临床疗效评估

Clinical Treatment Effect Evaluation of Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer Disease by Huangqijianzhongtang

目的观察黄芪建中汤加味治疗十二指肠球部溃疡脾胃虚寒型患者的疗效。方法治疗组服用黄芪建中汤加味,对照组口服奥美拉唑,并比较两者的作用。结果治疗组的总有效率97%,对照组的总有效率78%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结果表明以黄芪建中汤加味治疗可有效改善十二指肠球部溃疡病的症状,控制并治疗溃疡面。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqijianzhongtang（HQJZT） in patients with duodenal ulcer disease. Methods Comparing 31 patients whose treated with HQJZT（ Group A） ,and 9 patients treated with Omeprazolum（ Group B）. Result The effective rate were 97% in Group A and 78% in Group B （P 〈0. 05） , the function of Group A was obviously better than the of Group B. Conclusion The results was shown that HQJZT was effective in improving the symptoms of. Duodenal ulcer disease and treating in ulcer area.
