摘要
针对国产并条机高速化的发展趋势,通过采用新材料、新工艺,并与WRC513胶辊对比试用分析,证明用综合性能佳的特种高分子材料作为主体改性材料优化的胶管套制的胶辊,其物理化学性能、适纺性能均比普通并条辊有较大改善,可满足国产和进口高速并条机使用。
In view of highspeed development of doubling rollers within China,through comparative way on new materials,new process against cots WRC513,it is concluded that the materiais with high moleculous as base for cot production is a selective way.The former improves much in its physical and chemical properties,as well as spinability as against the convential doubling rollers.It can be used as a substitute for the imported ones.
