HPLC同时测定阮氏上清丸中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量

Determination of catechin and epicatechin in Ruanshishangqing Pill by HPLC

目的:建立同时测定阮氏上清丸中儿茶素和表儿茶素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(10∶90),检测波长280nm。结果:儿茶素在0.317μg～6.34μg间呈良好线性关系,r=0.99997,平均回收率为99.22%,RSD=2.46%;表儿茶素在0.2618μg～3.74μg间呈良好线性关系,r=0.99998,平均回收率为101.51%,RSD=2.08%。结论:方法简便、准确,可作为阮氏上清丸的含量测定方法。

AIM： An HPLC procedure was established for the determination of To catechin and epicateehin in Ruanshishangqing Pill. METHODS： An HPLC analytical procedure was developed using C1s column with acetonitrile -water （10：90） as mobile phase, and a wavelength of 280nm for UV detection. RESULTS： Catechin showed a linear relationship at the range of 0. 3171μg ~ 6. 34μg, r = 0. 99997, the average recovery was 99.22% and RSD = 2.46% ; Epicatechin showed a linear relationship at the range of 0. 2618 μg - 3. 74μg, r = 0. 99998, the average recovery was 101.51% and RSD = 2.08 % ; CONCLUSION： The Method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the contents in Ruanshishangqing Pill.
