热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎20例

Treatment of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine among 20 children with pneumonia due to mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:观察热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MP)的临床疗效。方法:将40例小儿支原体肺炎随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。两组均予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,治疗组加用中药热毒宁注射液,疗程5～7d。结果:热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect of treatment of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine among children with pneumonia due to mycoplasma pneumonia （MP）. Methods Forty children were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 20 children in each group. Both groups were provided with sequential therapy of Azithromycin, and the treatment group were added with Reduning injection, with the course of five to seven days. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions It has marked effect to treat pneumonia children due to MP, and it is worth popularizing.
