摘要
目的:探讨复方灵尼胶囊艾滋病的临床疗效。方法:应用复方灵尼胶囊治疗艾滋病患者10例,检测服药前后CD3+,CD4+,CD8+及病毒载量。结果:10例病人中经过治疗有7例病人病毒载量下降明显,均小于500cp/ml,2例病毒载量稍有下降,1例病毒载量上升,并且5例病人的CD4+细胞回复到正常人的水平,9例病人的CD8+细胞恢复到正常人的水平。结论:复方灵尼胶囊具备在活体内抑制HIV病毒的能力,具有增强免疫功能的作用。
Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of Compound Lingni capsule treating AIDS. Methods： Using Com- pound Lingni capsule for AIDS patients in the treatment of 10 patients, clinical signs and symptoms, the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4＋ , CD8 ＋and virus load （VL） were detected before and after taking the medicine. Results： The levels of VL in 7 cases are markedly declined, which are all less than 500cp/ml. 2 cases a little declined, 1 cases inefficient. And the levels of CD4 ＋ in 5 cases and CD8 ＋ in 9 cases are entirely recovered to the normal levels. Conclusion ： Compound Lingni capsule has the power to inhibit AIDS and enhance immune function in vivo.
