摘要
用复合纤维素酶对杨木SGW 浆进行改性处理, 探讨酶改性对杨木SGW 浆中细小组分的影响。研究表明, 在酶解过程中, 浆中细小组分只有一小部分被酶解去除, 而大部分仍残存在浆中。纸浆滤水性能的改善可认为是由于纤维表面的部分不定形纤维素和半纤维素的酶解溶出, 使纤维表面的水化程度降低、部分细小组分去除。
Modification of aspen SGW pulp fiber with complex cellulases could increase pulp freeness .Small part of the fines was removed during the enzymatic hydrolysis, while the large amount of the fines was detained in the pulp. Improved dewatering of the pulp was presumed the results of hydrolysis of amorphous cellulose and hemicellulose on the surface of the fiber and the fines which gave high affinity for water.
