摘要
社会的发展要求高校有复合型的大学英语教师,教研训一体化校本教研本着改良高校教师的专业素养应运而生。本文基于三种校本教研的模式分析校本教研对大学英语教师专业发展的积极作用,以期引发大学英语教师探究校本教研途径、思考发展专业素养、进而提高大学英语教学质量。
There is a requirement for college English teachers to become compound talents with the development of the society, and The school-based integration of teaching and training research emerges as required,which aims to improve teachers professional quality. Based on the three research models, this paper will analyze the positive application of school-based research in college English teacher professional development, which get a purpose to explore ways of school-based research, to evoke teachers to think about professional development and to improve college English teaching quality.
