Zorbcor is a new product which has special features as soft ,bulk ,good resilience, high dry and wet strength and high absorbent capability , and it has already been widely used in daily life, hygiene and medical treatment areas. The principles, technology and production process of Zorbcor are introduced,and its features are analyzed in this paper. A comparison between Zorbcor and Vicell is made .The raw materials of Zorbcor are BI component fibers, fluff fibers and SAP. Zorbcon is a high value added product.
