普外科手术患者200例围术期心理状态分析

The analysis of psychological state in perioperative period of 200 surgical patients

目的分析外科手术患者的围术期心理状态,及时准确掌握患者的情绪变化,做好心理疏导,使患者平安度过围术期,加快术后康复。方法对200例普外科手术患者围术期的心理状态进行调查分析,应用非精神科住院患者心理状态评定量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)中的部分项目予以评定。结果术前、手术当日及术后不同阶段的心理状态及表现形式均有不同。结论为围术期患者进行心理状态分析,及时、准确掌握患者的情绪变化,做好心理疏导,对加快术后康复十分有利。

Objective To analyse psychological status of patients in perioperative period, timely and accurate grasping the patient＇s mood changes and doing psychological counseling in order to help the patients spend the perioperative time safely, accelerating the postoperative recovery. Methods To investigate and analyse the perioperative psychological status of 200 surgery patients, apply of non - psychiatric inpatient mental state rating scale, SAS and SDS. Results Patients had different psychological states in different operative period. Conclusion To analyse for the perioperative psychological state and do psychological counseling, timely and accurate grasping the patient＇s mood changes are very beneficial to accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.
