三种头孢菌素类药物的输液稳定性影响因素研究

Three kinds of cephalosporin drugs on the stability of the infusion factors research

目的观察三种临床常用的头孢菌素类药物在25℃的输液条件下的稳定性。方法观察三种药品pH值变化和外观变化,将24h0.9%氯化钠和5%葡萄糖注射液中的药品含量变化采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定。结果 24h内头孢曲松钠、头孢唑啉钠含量下降>10%,24h内头孢他啶含量稳定。结论药液应现用现配,头孢菌素类药品尽量用氯化钠注射液配制。

Objective To observe three clinical common cephalosporin drugs in 25 ℃ under the condition of the infusion of stability. Methods To observe three drugs pH change and appeal：ance changes,the 24 hours of 0. 9% sodium chloride and 5% of the glucose injection drug content change by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Results 24 hours of ceftriaxone sodium, cefazolin sodium 〉 10%, down the content within 24 hours, cefotaxime content stability. Conclusion Currently in use now should be solution with cephalosporin drugs, as far as possible with sodium chloride injection preparation.
