法舒地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的:观察法舒地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者平分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例患者,在两组硫辛酸常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用法舒地尔治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时治疗组的血糖和糖化血红蛋白改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:法舒地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能提高治疗疗效,改善临床症状。

Objective：To observe efficacy of treatment of combining fasudil and thioctic acid for diabetes with peripheral nervus disease.Methods：Sixty patients suffering from diabetes with peripheral nervus disease were equally divided into Treatment Group and Control Group（each 30 cases）.On the basis of conventional thioctic acid therapy for both groups,Treatment Group is additionally treated with fasudil.Result：Treatment Group showed a significantly higher efficacy than Control Group（P〈0.05）;n the other hand,it showed a significantly increase in blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin than the latter（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of combining fasudil and thioctic acid for diabetes with peripheral nervus disease improves efficacy and enhances clinical symptoms.Its application is worth promoting.
