公平氛围对员工工作绩效和帮助行为的影响——基于多层线性模型的分析

摘要 应用多层线性模型分析了交往公平、程序公平对员工工作绩效和帮助行为的影响,分析结果表明:(1)员工的交往公平感知能提高员工的工作绩效,增加员工的帮助行为;团队交往公平氛围能提高团队的工作绩效,但不会增加团队的帮助行为。(2)员工的程序公平感知能够提高员工的工作绩效,但不会增加员工的帮助行为。团队程序公平氛围不会提高团队的工作绩效,也不会增加团队的帮助行为。
