摘要
从二乙醇胺出发,经五步反应,通过中间体4,N,N—双(2—氯乙基)—4—硝基苯甲酰胺,合成子一个不对称的开链窝穴体,即标题化合物(Ⅴ)和中间体(Ⅳ),(Ⅴ)和(Ⅳ)均为新化合物.它们的结构经~1HNMR,IR及MS分析数据鉴定.初步研究表明,化合物(Ⅴ)对碱金属离子的液膜(CHCl_3)迁移性能优于结构类似的线型开链王冠类似物,而与开链窝穴体性能接近.
