摘要
目的探讨多媒体显微成像技术在交叉配血中的临床应用价值,提高临床输血的科学性和安全性。方法应用北京天地百年科技有限公司TD-3000图像分析系统,OLYMPUS Bx50高倍显微镜对交叉配血结果及交叉配血中出现的假凝集、弱凝集等易漏检或误检的现象进行多媒体显微成像技术和常规直接目镜下对比观察。结果通过与常规显微镜下直接观察结果对比,多媒体显微成像技术观察到的图像比常规显微镜下直接观察到的更直观、更清晰。结论多媒体显微成像技术在交叉配血试验应用中比传统的镜检具有更强的实用性和优越性,将高清晰度,高分辨率投影显微镜系统和多媒体计算机软硬件技术融于一体,完善了传统的显微镜镜检方法,不仅为临床输血检验及科研,教学开拓一条新途径,还为现代输血提供一个高技术含量的有效检测方法。
Objective To explore the clinical value of multimedia microimaging technology applied in the cross- matching of blood, and to improve the scientific and clinical blood transfusion safety. Methods Technology Co. , Ltd. Beijing Century World TD- 3000 image analysis system were applied and OLYM- PUS Bx50 high power microscope was used for observing the results of cross- matching and cross- matc- hing of blood coagulation that appears fake, weak agglutination and so easy to check the phenomenon of missed or mistaken in the cross- matching blood. All the results were compared Multimedia micro - imaging technology with conventional eyepiece. Results The multimedia images observed by Microscopic imaging technique were much more intuitively and more clearly than that directly observed under the microscope in the crossmatching blood. Conclusions The application of Multimedia microimaging technolo gy in crossmatching tests, fused high resolution projection microscope systems and multimedia computer hardware and software technology, is much greater practicality and superiority of the high- definition than traditional microscopy. It improves the traditional method of microscopic examination and develops a new way for transfusion test and scientific research and teaching.
