摘要
[目的]对西南山区3种护坡灌木的抗干旱能力进行研究。[方法]以山毛豆、多花木蓝和黄荆为试材,通过盆栽控水法对其进行4个不同程度的干旱胁迫研究,对不同含水量土壤中的各植物的叶片保水力、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量等指标进行测定。[结果]采用隶属函数法对数据进行分析,结合实物观测,得出3种灌木抗旱性的相对强弱顺序。[结论]3种灌木树种抗旱能力大小顺序为黄荆>多花木蓝>山毛豆。
[Objective] The drought-resistant abilities of three slope protection shrubs were studied.[Method]Tephrosia candida,Indigofera amblyatha Craib.and Vitex negundo Linn.were used as test materials,four degree of drought stress were analyzed through potted control the water.The hydraulic,chlorophyll content,content of MDA and free proline content as drought resistance indexes were determined.[Result]The data were studied by membership function method,combining real observation that drought resistance of three shrubs were obtained.[Conclusion] The order of drought resistance of three shrubs was: Vitex negundo Linn.Indigofera amblyatha Craib.Tephrosia candida.
