摘要 [目的]研究乳酸芽孢杆菌作为饲料添加剂对团头鲂生长及免疫功能的影响。[方法]在团头鲂基础日粮中添加乳酸芽孢杆菌,观察其对团头鲂生长、生理生化指标、抗病原感染能力的影响。[结果]与CK相比,乳酸芽孢添加组显著提高了鱼体增重率、蛋白质效率、特定生长率,血清中的抗超氧阴离子浓度、谷草转氨酶(GOT)含量,肝脏的总抗(T-AOC)能力(P<0.05),并显著降低了饵料系数。攻毒试验表明,乳酸芽孢杆菌组比对照组有更高的成活率(P<0.05)。[结论]乳酸芽孢杆菌组对团头鲂有较好的生长和免疫促进效果,可以作为一种免疫促进剂使用。 [Objective] The effect of lactic acid bacillus as a kind of feed additive on the bream growth and immune function was analyzed.[Method] The effect of the lactic acid bacillus,which was added in the basic diet of bluntnose black bream,on its growth and the physiological and biochemical indicator,the phytopathogenic infection of was observed.[Results] Compared with CK,the rate of weight-gaining,the efficiency of protein,specific growth rate,concentration of anti-superoxide anion in serum,the content of aspartate transaminase(GOT) and the capability of total anti-liver(T-AOC) in the treatment added with lactic acid were significantly increased(P0.05) and the coefficient of diet was significantly reduced.In the experiment in toxicity to bluntnose black bream,the survival rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the CK(P 0.05).[Conclusion] The lactic acid bacillus could produce better effect on bluntnose black bream growth and immune and could be used as the immune enhancer.
