摘要
基于旅游生命周期理论,就贵州乡村旅游开发推动农村剩余劳动力就地转移进行综合分析,阐述了民族地区乡村旅游地生命周期的特点,论述了农村剩余劳动力转移与乡村旅游地生命周期的动态关系,以期为民族地区乡村旅游人力资源的开发与管理提供参考。
Based on tourism life cycle theory,promoting rural surplus labor migration by rural tourism development in Guizhou Province was analyzed.The characteristics of rural tourism life circle in minority area were elaborated,the dynamic relationship between rural surplus labor migration and rural tourism destination was discussed,so as to provide reference for human resource development and management.
