摘要
对电力企业中的大型电厂、电业局及省电力工业局管理中的信息流。控制流进行分析，研究多种软件开发模型的特点，并提出电力企业管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）的开发模型——基于软件体系结构的开发模型。
The paper analyzes the information flow and 'control flow in the managements of large scale power ,electric power bureaus and provincial electric power bureaus, studies the features of various software development models andraises the development models of management information system (MIS) for power enterprises -evelopment modelsbased uPOn software system configuration.
