摘要
我国正在运行的1000t/hUP锅炉共有21台,尚为各大电网主力机组,其“四管爆漏”严重、可靠性差,且只能带240MW左右的基本负荷,不能适应新市场经济下的调峰需要,其改造势在必行。到目前为止,国内尚无成功的改造先例可循。谏壁发电厂采用“保留原双炉膛UP型直流炉的尾部及炉架,而炉室部分改为控制循环炉”的方案,率先对双炉膛1000t/h UP炉进行改造井取得了圆满成功。文章具体介绍改造方案的可行性论证、设计、制造、安装和改后效果等情况。
There are twenty one 1000 im UP boilers now in operation in China.They are still major generating units in the large Power netWorks,but they suffer seriously from 'bursting-leakage of four kinds of tubes' (tubes ofwater-wall, economizer , superheater and reheater ) and low reliability , and can only take base base load of about 240MW,not being able to meet the peaking demand under the new market economy,consequently it is imperative toretrofit these generating units.Jianbi Power Plant,adopting the retuofitting scheme of 'retaining the rear part andframe of the original double furnace-UP type once-through boiler,while converting the furnace chamber to controlledcirculation system',took the lead to retrofit 1 000 t/h double furnace UP boiler with satisfactory results gained.Thearticle introduces in detail the feasibility argumentation, design, manufacturing, installation of retrofitting scheme , andthe positive results after retrofit.'
