中美创业特征比较分析

摘要 对国内外研究成果分析，对中国、美国的创业动机、创业企业成长因素、创业管理风险和创业基础设施等主要创业特征进行了对比，总结了两国不同文化下的创业特征，以期为探索适合中国文化背景的创业模式和推进中国企业成功实施跨国创业提供参考。
