一种使加速波导管充分出气的有效途径

An Effective Way Enabling Guide of Accelerator Full Removing Gas

摘要 本文提出一种使加速盘荷波导管充分出气的新方法,该法是使用温度为160℃,压力为5.9×10~5 Pa的过热水蒸汽对管壁进行加热,使其出气的.经在美制CL-1800型医用电子直线加速器中实验证明:这种方法不仅出气充分,效果明显;而且省时省力,简单方便,安全可靠.对其它真空系统也有借鉴意义,具有一定经济实用价值. A new method of full degassing enabling disk-loaded Waveguides is instroduced in this.paper. It is a heat and degassing process for disk-loaded Wave guides ueing superheal steam which the temperature is 160ccccccccccc and the pressure is 5.9xxxxxxxxxxxx 105Pa. The fact debugging electrou linear accelerator CL-1800 made in America have proved that the method not only is full for degasssing of disk-loaded Wa veguides and effect is good, but also ues manpower and material resources sparingly. The method is simple, Convenient, safe and reliable. It Can use other Vacuum system for reference. It have applied value.
