胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草的自化感作用 被引量:2

摘要 采用培养皿滤纸法,测定胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草根、茎、叶水浸液质量浓度分别为0、0.10、0.25和0.50 g/mL时的幼苗根长、苗高和鲜重,研究胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草的自化感作用。结果表明,胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草不同部位不同浓度的水浸液对自身幼苗根的伸长都有明显的抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强;对苗高的影响则呈现低促高抑的双重化感效应;水浸液浓度较大时对鲜重有显著的抑制作用。 Filter paper method using petri dishes was applied to determine the self-allelopathy of Ageratum conyzoides L. and Bidens pilosa L. Effects of aquatic extracts from roots, stems and leaves of each plant were tested under concentrations of 0, 0.10, 0.25 and 0.50 g/mL on seedling root length, height and fresh weight of their own plant. The result showed both plants exhibited self-allelopathy: aqueous extracts showed obvious inhibition on seedling root length, the inhibition effects increased with increasing concentration of the aqueous extracts; showed double effects on the height of the seedling, which promoted seedling height in low concentration but inhibited in high concentration; and showed marked inhibition on fresh weight under higher concentrations.
