摘要
采用产朊假丝酵母预处理和DCD-HCHO絮凝剂再处理的联合工艺处理皂素废水。通过单因素试验和正交试验来分析和确定联合工艺的最佳处理条件。结果表明:1)产朊假丝酵母法预处理的最适条件为温度25℃、pH5.5、接种率10%、发酵时间3 d;2)DCD-HCHO絮凝剂法再处理的最适条件为pH值7、DCD-HCHO投加量4 mL/L、搅拌时间3 min;3)在联合工艺的最佳处理条件下,废水的COD总去除率和色度总去除率分别为94.61%、96.87%,出水的COD及色度均能达到《皂素工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 20425—2006)的排放要求。
A combined process technique for sapogenin wastewater was carried out here, in which sapogenin wastewater was pretreated by Candida utilis and retreated by DCD-HCHO. The effect of the treatment and the impact factors were discussed by single factor experiments and orthogonal optimizing experiments. The main conclusions were as follows: 1) The results of the Candida utilis pretreatment indicated that the optimum temperature, pH and inoculation method were 25 ℃, pH 5.5 and inoculated at a ratio of 1 : 10 respectively; 2) The results of the DCD-HCHO retreatment indicated that the optimum pH, addition dosage and reaction time were pH 7, 4 mL/L and 3 min respectively; 3) Under these conditions, the total removal rate of COD and colority reached 94.61 and 96.87% respectively, which met the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Sapogenin Industry (GB20425-2006).
