三网融合的号角已经吹响,它不仅是将现有网络资源有效整合、互联互通,而且会形成新的服务和运营机制,并有利于产业结构的优化。三网融合带来了难得的发展机遇,但是我们也应该清醒地看到广电在面临三网融合的同时也存在挑战,"十二五"期间,在广电领域,如何树立科学发展观,正视制约发展的"瓶颈"问题,着力推进三网融合,更加值得我们关注。

As the horn of the triple play has been singing, it will not only effectively integrate and interconnect the existing network resource, but also form a new service and operation mode, and contribute to the optimization of industrial structure. Though the Triple Play brings the rare opportunities, we should see the challenges of the radio and television clearly. During the ＂12th five - year plan＂ period, what we will pay more attention in the broadcasting filed are how to establish the scientific development concept, to address constraints development of the ＂bottleneck＂ problems and to make efforts to promote the triple play.
