摘要
以3D便携式光学三维扫描系统与三坐标机接触式测头配合的复合测量系统为对象,介绍了利用接触式测量方法和光学扫描方法获取零件三维数据的步骤,比较了2种方法的优缺点,并通过实例的操作,应用2种方法得到了零件的三维几何数据,并将数据进行处理后得到了光滑的曲面.
According to composite measure system of 3D portable optical scanning system and contact measurement head of CMM, the paper introduced the steps getting parts' 3D data by contact measuring method and optical scanning method. Compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. And has been get the three - dimensional geometrical data of parts through the example by using two methods,and processing the data to get the smooth surface.
