摘要
对一齿差减速卷扬机进行运动设计,计算过程包括传动比、几何尺寸的计算.其中重点在于内啮合齿轮副的干涉设计,即如何选定一对内啮合齿轮的变位系数.在SolidWorks环境下对所设计的卷扬机进行了三维建模,确定总体方案进行虚拟装配,生成了爆炸视图.通过在SolidWorks软件平台下对整套装置的虚拟设计和运动仿真分析,及时地发现设计中的缺陷,设计的更改实时地反映到装配体模型中,直至确定最终的优化方案,验证了设计的可靠性.
Aiming at a differential gear deceleration hoist exercise design, calculation process includes transmission ratio, geometric size calculation. The focus is on internal gear pair interference design,namely how to select a pair of gear modification coefficient. In the SolidWorks environment for the design of hoist for 3D modeling,virtual assembly to determine the overall program, generating the exploded view. Based on the SolidWorks software platform of the entire device of the virtual design and motion simulation analysis, the timely discovery of the defects in the design, design changes reflected in real time to the assembly model, to determine the final optimization scheme, verified the reliability of design.
