电拖轴流机组控制系统标准化设计

摘要 针对电拖轴流压缩机自动控制系统设计了一系列标准化方案,包括设计流程、文件归档、控制逻辑、人机界面等的标准化,并使用文本语言(工业编程国际标准IEC61131)开发出各种控制功能块,方便程序块在不同品牌的PLC中移植。该方案改进了程序的可读性和保密性设计,在避免重复劳动的同时又提高控制系统的可靠性。该标准化设计已于2011年初在某钢厂AV80-15电拖机组调试及运行,实践证明效果良好。 In this paper,the standardization schemes for the electric motor driven axial blower control system was designed,including standardization of the design process,filing arrangement,logic control and HMI.Control function blocks were programmed by the instruction text language(IEC61131),and the source code can be compiled in different PLC.Thus,the readability and the security of programs were greatly improved.The proposal releases manpower from repetitive work and Improve the reliability of control system.The standardization design has been applied in an AV80-15 electric motor driven axial blower control system in early 2011 with a good result.
