摘要
提出了一种蒸汽锅炉排污的最优节能控制方法,先根据蒸气流量按一定的比例控制排污流量,对锅水进行连续稀释;再配置电导率闭环控制回路,克服给水盐浓度波动及底部排污等干扰,两者结合组成前馈-反馈复合控制系统,把锅水盐浓度稳定在允许的最高限。以最小的排污量,达到最大的节能减排效果。
Presents a most energy-saving boiler blowdown control method,the first steam flow according to a certain percentage of the sewage flow control,continuous dilution of the boiler water,and then configure the conductivity of closed-loop control circuit,to overcome the fluctuations in water salinity and the bottom discharge and other interference,combination of both,the composition of the feed-forward-feedback composite control system,the boiler water salinity stable at the maximum allowed limit.With minimal emissions,maximum energy saving effect.
