洪秀全的民生思想是对传统民生思想的继承和发展。其内容主要包括:经济上的公有思想、政治上的平等思想和文化上的大同思想三方面。他最大的贡献是颁布了一部含有丰富民生思想的制度安排——《天朝田亩制度》,在该制度的引导下,洪秀全尝试了许多有关民生的实践探索。

The people＇s livelihood thought of Hong is the inheritance and development of traditional livelihood thought,which includes the state-owned thought on the economic,the equality thoughts on the politics and the utopias thoughts on culture.His greatest contribution was the promulgation of The Land System of the Heavenly Dynasty——a system which was of abundant people＇s livelihood thoughts;furthermore,under the guidance of the system,Hong tried some practical exploration of the people＇s livelihood.
