基于IDEF建模的节能降耗目标管理

IDEF-Based Goal Management Method of Energy Saving in Oil Field

提出了节能降耗目标管理的IDEF0分析方法。以采油厂为例,通过IDEF0层次分析以及对各系统耗能的统计,找出能耗发生的关键系统,分析油气生产流程,计算过程能耗率,考虑采取针对性的节能措施,合理确定能耗关键点的节能目标,确保实现企业能源消耗的持续降低,为企业节能目标管理的决策提供科学依据。

The issue of energy saving in an oil field is discussed. An IDEF （ICAM Definition） model is developed for the system by analyzing the crude oil production process. With this model, key points of energy consumption are identified by statistically analyzing the energy consumption rate of the sub-processes. Then, measures are presented to reduce energy consumption. In this way, the energy saving goal can be realized by reducing the energy consumption of the key sub-processes. An industrial case study is given to show the application of the proposed method.
