科学技术的发展和应用对高校图书馆业务布局和岗位都产生了深刻影响。一方面一些传统的业务岗位消失、精简或强化;另一方面出现了与信息技术相关的新兴岗位。这些都说明新技术条件下高校图书馆的服务形式、服务内容和以往相比都有了很大的变化,更能适应时代的发展,提高了图书馆服务水平。

The post layout and service job in university libraries have been changed a great deal for the development and apllication of science and technology. On the one hand some of the traditional business jobs disappear, streamlined or strengthening; on the other hand some new positions related to information technology appear. All this shows that the form of services and service content had been substantial changes than ever before with the application of new information technologies in university libraries. It can better adapt to the development and improve service levels.
