冷凝速率对Sb-InSb共晶体的惯习及择优取向的影响

The Influence of Freezing Rate on the Habit and Preferred Orientation of Eutectic Sb-InSb

摘要 为了用实验验证RWS提出的菱面共晶相晶体旋转模型,用水平区熔技术以不同速率定向生长了高纯Sb—InSb共晶体.用光学及扫描电镜金相技术观察了共晶体形貌随生长速率的转变,并用X射线衍射方法测定了共晶体的位向随生长速率的变化.结果证明了过去提出的模型是正确的.还根据实验事实,对原先提出的模型作了改进和发展. A growth-rate-dependent morphological transition is reported in high purity eutectic crystals of Sb-InSb grown unidirectionally by the horizontal technique at various growth rates. X-ray diffraction was used to determine how the orientation of the eutectic phases changed with growth rate, for the purpose of verifying experimentally the model of crystal rotation of rhombohedral eutectic phases proposed earlier by RWS.As a result, the earlier model of crystal rotation for both Sb and InSb phases in the Sb-InSb eutectic is shown to be accurate and is further refined to describe the detail observed.
