为了保证安全生产,对液氨蒸发器在投入使用过程中多次发生U形管直管段部分爆裂事故进行了分析,找出了主要影响因素,结果表明:爆管事故的发生是由于设备制造过程中残余应力未经处理、操作中出现的低温状况共同作用造成的。

To assure safety production, an analysis for reasons of the straight part U tube burst under hquid ammonia evaporator running had been done, the main affecting factors were found out. The results shown that burst accident was caused by combining effect of residual stress untreated in manufacture process and low - temperature state in operation.
