氮素营养对宽杆芥菜若干生理的影响

摘要 水培试验结果表明,处理2(营养液总氮量为6.0mmol.L-1)和处理3(营养液总氮量为9.0mmol.L-1)的地上部、地下部和总生物量三者的干重与其它处理相比相对较高,与其他处理的差异均达极显著水平。在处理3(营养液总氮量为9.0mmol.L-1)下,芥菜叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和抗坏血酸含量均达到最高,分别为:6.41mg.g-1Fw、1.64mg.g-1Fw和25.99mg.100g-1Fw,它们与其他处理的差异均达到极显著水平,除与处理4(营养液总氮量为12.0mmol.L-1)的差异只达到显著外;SOD的活性最高,达到8.95U.mg-1.pro.min-1,与其他处理的差异均达到极显著水平。在本试验条件下,营养液总氮量为9.0mmol.L-1(处理3)芥菜若干生理代谢较好。建议本水培试验施纯氮9.0mmol.L-1为宜。 The result of water culture experiment indicated that overground biomass,belowground biomass and total biomass of treatment 2(6.0mmol.L-1) and treatment 3(9.0mmol.L-1) were higher than other treatments,which attained the greatly remarkable level in contrast with other treatments.Protein,the soluble sugar and Vc in the Brassica Juncea leaf of treatment 3(9.0mmol.L-1) reached the peak value of 6.41 mg.g-1 Fw and 25.99mg.100g-1 Fw respectively,which attained the greatly remarkable level in contrast with treatments;but which only attained the greatly remarkable level in contrast with treatment 4(12.0 mmol.L-1);SOD actively in the leaf with treatment 3(9mmol.L-1) reached the peak value of 8.95U.mg-1 pro.min-1 which attained the significant level in contrast with other treatments.Under the experimental conditions,some physiological metabolism of Brassica Juncea with treatment 3(9.0mmol.L-1) reached better.So 9.0mmol.L-1 of total nitrogen was recommended as the suitable applied concentration in the water.
