摘要
针对可发性聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)板材生产存在的产品黏合力差和热能浪费等问题,介绍了一种EPS板材机智能控制功能设计方案,实现了在发泡过程中,根据发泡时间并通过泡沫压力传感器监控泡沫发泡情况,将实际检测数据与理想曲线数据对比,依据智能控制策略实时调整蒸汽阀门,控制泡沫发泡过程按照设计曲线变化。经实际运行,达到了设计效果,对EPS板材机的制造具有实用价值。
According to the existing problems of expanded polystyrene foumed plastics(EPS) panel machine,such as poor adhesion and energy waste,a design of intelligent control system for EPS panel is introduced in this paper,which make foaming pressure follow the ideal design curve by adjusting the valve opening with intelligent control strategy during the foaming time.The practical operation meets the design effect.It has a practical significance for the manufacture of EPS panel machine.
