黄毛耳草的研究进展

参阅近几年来与黄毛耳草研究相关的国内外文献,对黄毛耳草的本草考证、化学成分、质量控制方法及其临床应用研究进展进行了综述,为深入研究黄毛耳草提供参考。黄毛耳草中的化学成分主要为环烯醚萜类、三萜类、黄酮类、生物碱类和甾醇类等。目前,黄毛耳草的质量评价主要以单指标质量控制和薄层色谱为主,尚不够完善。黄毛耳草具有清热除湿、解毒消肿、活血舒筋之功效,国内临床上主要用于治疗各种类型肝炎、肠炎和肾炎等,应用前景广阔。

The review sums up the textual research, chemical constituents, analytical methods and clinical applications of Herba hedyotids chrysotrichae aeeording to the literatures published in recent years in order to provide some information for further study. The constituents of Herba hedyotids chrysotrichae include the iridoid class,triterpenes,flavonoids,alkaloids and sterols and so on. At present,the quality evaluation on Herba hedyotids chosotrichae mainly includes the single indicator of quality control and TLC,which is still not prefect. Herba hedyotids ehrysotrichae has the effects of clearing heal and dehumidifying,detoxifying and eliminating swelling,and promoting blood circulation and Shujin, which has been used to treat various types of hepatitis, enteritis and nephritis in clinic in domestic, showing the broad application prospects.
