Establishment of Hospital Drug Storehouse Management and Corresponding Mechanism of Clinical Drug Use

目的建立一个医院药库管理与临床用药之间的对应机制,并以此来保证医院长期稳定的药品供需平衡。方法考察分析医院药品的信息流、物流的运行情况和各种供药情况以及医院药库管理与临床用药之间存在着的对应关系。结果与结论实现医院内长期稳定的药品供需平衡,在医院药库管理与临床用药之间建立一种长效的对应机制是关键,加强对应机制的执行是保证。

Objective To establish the corresponding mechanism between the drug storehouse management and clinical drug use in hospital, so as to ensure the long term stable balance of supply and demand of medicines. Methods The running conditions of information flow and material flow, supply status of various drugs and the corresponding relationship between drug storehouse management and clinical drug use were investigated and analyzed. Results and Conclusion For realizing the long term stable balance of medicine supply and demand, the key is to establish the long effective corresponding mechanism between the drug storehouse management and clinical drug use and strengthening the implementation of corresponding mechanism is guarantee.
