摘要
罗家伦是民国时期致力发展边疆教育的教育界人士。他于1927—1935年主持国民党中央政治学校工作期间,组织创办了附属蒙藏学校,在包头、肃州、西宁、康定、大理等地各设了一所边疆分校。1943—1944年罗氏考察陕西、甘肃、新疆、青海、宁夏等边远省区期间,提出了许多发展西北教育的建议。这些活动和建议尽管是在国民政府高层的支持下开展和提出的,包含着维护国民党专制统治的目的,但对于推动民国时期边疆教育进步具有重要意义,对于今天发展西部边疆教育也有着宝贵的借鉴价值。
LUo Jia-lun is the personage who is devoted to developing the education in the frontier areas.He sets up the Mongolian and Tibetan school and some schools in the Baotou,Suzhou,Kangding and Dali attached the political school of the Central authorities of KMT when he was in charge of the school of the Central authorities of KMT during 1927-1935.He also puts forward many proposals to develop the education of the Northwest.Although these activities and proposals have the meanings to defend the domination of KMT,his proposals have important significance to promote the advance of the education in the frontier areas in the kepublican of china Meanwhile,these things afford us precious lessons that merit attention to develop the frontier education in the west today.
